Been stressed recently? Want to reconnect to your body? You’ve come to the right place! In this class we’re using yoga to detox and reset your body!
Our bodies are well oiled machines, which through the digestive, circularity, and lymphatic systems have an efficient process to eliminate waste and toxins. However, this doesn’t mean that we can’t help the process along and yoga, through its physical exertion, can help your body’s natural detoxification process. Additionally, while it can be used to help your body detox physically, it can also offer an emotional and spiritual reset, with the physical movement and meditative process helping shift moods and reconnect your mind to your body.
So if you’re feeling emotionally drained or physically bloated and lethargic, come join us in yoga to detox and feel fresh to face the world again!
*This class is movement based, so make sure you have space, wear comfy clothes and lay a mat or towel on the ground. Every body is welcome! Modifications will be shared for people with physical limitations. 💓
